I am smoking 18 racks of baby backs ahead of time for a big party. I need to reheat them all at once to put out for a crowd. I was thinking about putting 9 slabs into a chafing dish, cover it with foil and put in the oven. But I don't know how long or what temperature. Any advice or other ideas? 1 rack at a time on the grill won't work.
