I have used a weber smoker for decades and have loved them. I recently bought a Smokett when I moved to Florada to avoid the water and charcoal messes. The first thing I smoked were baby back pork ribs and they were great. The thing I was disappointed in was the few ribs that could be cooked at the same time. Has anyone figured out how to cram more ribs in. I only cooked four slabs--cut in half.
