I bought the rib racks to go in my model 150 this past week. Looks to me like it will hold 24 slabs of ribs using the racks (8 slabs per rack). Is this the maximum number of ribs you guys usually cook in the 150 model?
They recommend only doing about 18 at a time but I always fill it to capacity and even add a few laid flat on top of the others. What I did find that if you rotate the to and bottom racks after about 2 hours they will come out about the same time.
One more thing I am cooking babybacks, if you cook spares then you might want to skip the loading flat on top part. I would also recommend cutting your ribs St Louis style and cook the cut parts for rib tips. Makes more for the buck.
