never heard of them, sorry can't help. Maybe someone will know them. Looks like most of the money $29,000. is for the trailer and not much for the smoker.

Try www.jrmanufacturing.com and there is another one in Dallas called A.N. Bewley. Mr. Bewley doesn't have a web page but his Phone # is (214)827-7020, in Dallas, Tx. He was one of the original manufactures of the J & R above, It's a long story. If you have ever been in a Colter or Luthers in Texas they (the Oylers by J&R) are the ones with the black dimond doors and hold anywhere from 700lbs to 1000 lbs, a bit much for a back yard cooker. There is another one out of O.K. that cost a lot less but they aren't commercial, but built well. They are called a Kingfisher, out of Kingfisher, Oklahoma. I don't thing they have a website either but their phone # is 405/375-3710. It's been a while since I've called them so if you have trouble getting ahold of them it's under Kingfisher Kountry Kookers in Kingfisher, Oklahoma

It seems that I've looked at alot of pits and those huge commercial units are just a little larger than what I'm looking for.

I want a trailer mounted unti that will cook on the high side about 50 briskets.

Catering is my game.
