This isn't a post about smoked turkey.
But I wanted to let everyone know that I cooked a 12# turkey using the rotisserie on my Weber Summit yesterday and it was fan-tastic!
I brined in Smokin’ Okie’s Holiday Turkey Brine for 44 hours
I made a rub of Lawry's Perfect Blend, Old Bay, and Lawry's Seasoned Salt. I kept basting the bird with butter as it turned on the spit.
If you have a rotisserie I suggest you give it a try sometime.
