I finally got a meat slicer but still shopping for a good quality tenderizer at a decent price. Was wondering if anyone on here had any experience with the LEM products? They have one with a motor for under $400 that looks like it is the real deal. All the used Hobart's and berkels are bringing $600 and up and some of those aren't in very good shape.

Would appreciate some feedback on what's working well for everyone. We need a decent unit to make our breaded pork tenderloins and just started selling tenderized ribeye sandwiches.

No I don't have a grinder. Don't really have any plans at this time where I would need one either.

Checked out the LEM a little more today. Guess the unit I was looking at doesn't have the little scrapers/cleaners to keep the meat from wrapping. I am sure this would be pretty important since we are thin slicing ribeye for sandwiches.

I will keep shopping for now!
