Are you able to check power and continuity with an ohm meter?  There aren't too many places for failure. Power cord, thermostat and element are potential failure points. I've had failures of each in various smokers.  You'll have to remove the back to check them.

If you aren't handy with electrical circuit checking, call CS and have them walk you through diagnosis. They are good.
