We are trying to decide between purchasing an SM150 or 2-3 SM050 for a take out restaurant we are looking to set up. We are aware of differences in the timers between the units, but besides that are there any other considerations anyone recommends for selecting one vs the other. Price is a real differenciating factor. 150 is >$3000 and even buying 3 050 you spend less than that. Any help for making up our minds.
