I hear ya!! It is still hard to believe that so little wood can produce such a perfect smell. If you ever get a bitter taste probably to much wood, but that only means more coolaid.

Every box of wood I've received has the wood stamped on the side.

If it's not, just a quick call to CS and "remind" them it wasn't labeled.
