hey guys,
i know this might be the wrong site on the forum but i need some info. from people in the BBQ business.....
i will be selling beef jerky in my restaurant in colorado next summer. i prefer to sell it in individual wrapping [ie. small bags]. with great places to hunt, fish, hike, and jeep, there could be a huge market for jerky. any help [ie web sites] would be great
