Smoked Sausage Sticks

We Just finished our Saturday Project -- Smoked Breakfast Sausage Sticks. These are meant to freeze and reheat for breakfast, but supper or with BBQ sauce. Made some a couple of weeks ago out of country ribs and they tasted like ribs. These were out of pork chops -- Very Lean!!! Anyhow, I thought they came out good. See attached storyboard.
