I am cooking in my restaurant on a 150. About 30 minutes after its loaded and the smoke is really going it will give a load WHOOSH and a billow of smoke and char will come out around the door and from the vent like it had a huge backdraft or something. We scrape it down after every few cooks and change the foil out after every cook. What's going on in there? Anybody have the same thing happen? Scared my employees to death.
