Thanks. I have a little CS SM160. That's what I hope doesn't let me down. It has been doing great in the practice runs.

Capt Hamm, Ive owned 2 160s and did really well with brisket & butts. Had people coming from 50 miles to eat at my joint, passing many bbq places on there way... Id be happy to share what I know for your succes..
I have been going non-stop since the "soft" opening. It was anything but soft. The word got out and we were packed. And have been packed everyday this week. The smoker is awesome.It has been going non-stop from day one. I may have to buy another one to keep up. I have sold out of bbq everyday except yesterday. Thanks for all the well wishes. Looks like they like the PB.

Just an update. All has been going well. Been working harder than I have ever worked in my life, but loving every minute of it. The smoker is awesome. I am packing it with every use and it is doing a great job. Could not be happier with my decision to buy the cookshack! It has already paid for itself.
