I vote for the power on light too. Also I would like a little more clearance between the racks and the wall so I can slide the in and out with one hand.

Altho it might add some cost, I'd like to see a 3-function digital thermostat with displays of set point, oven temperature, and probe temperature. Could just have one display with a button to switch between functions. My old GE Profile wall oven had such a thing. Of course they buy parts in bigger quantity...

The bigger 150/160 more or less have that, as well as a default to hold temp.
The electronics are probably a mite pricey though.

Perhaps a deluxe model which includes another heating element to enable cooking temps of 350 degrees to get crispy chicken skin?
Or a rotisserie option?
Forgive me, I've fallen outside of the box and can't get up!

My thoughts'
Many have wished for a slightly larger smoker.
The meat internal temp probe could plug into the top control panel, thereby being removeable for
cleaning or replacement.
This dream unit need not replace the current smokette but could be an addition to the lineup.
I'm guessing that the biggest expense would be tooling up to to make a larger unit. Estimate what these units would cost, in either size,
conduct a poll to see how many current owners would trade in and buy a new one (No one is going to hold your feet to the fire).
I am a buyer and would send a non refundable deposit.
