Source for sausage

Does anyone know of a brand name for a large, mild sausage. Think Hillshire Farms smoked sausage only twice the diameter. I've eaten it before but don't know where folks are getting it and my food supplier is weak on meats and it takes forever to get an answer from him.

If you know of any high quality, commercial suppliers of any type sausage please let me know. I thought about ordering from some of the BBQ joints down in Texas that make their own, but after shipping, there's no way to retail it here so it would sell. Thanks.
