After months of searching, I have found a company that will sell us bottles for our spice, in smaller qunities, at a resonable cost.

One company I got a quote from wouldn't sell me less than 25M at a time. Lead-time was 6-8 weeks. They would have cost me $.29 plus freight, each for a bottle, sifter and cap. I doubt I could use that many in a lifetime.

A search engine directed me to www.ebottle.com. I just ordered a case [420] of the #133 7.5oz bottles, complete, for $.23. They are in stock so they will arrive in 4-5 business days. Shipping costs another $30 for a grand total of $.30 each.

Their BBQ sauce bottles seemed high, though.

I have shrink bands on hand that I ordered from another great place, www.globalpak.net. The salesgal I worked with, I found out later, was the owners daughter. I bought 2000 of the 97mm X 45mm clear bands at a cost of about $9 per M. They sent me a variety of samples to try before I ordered.

As many of you know, and I've read posts here about it too, it's hard to find people willing to take the time to work with a small start-up business. Everybody has to start somewhere and I think we all walk before we run.

Good Luck! Roger
