Starting to put together a new Q joint and have run across a "dry" heat table vice a "wet" steam table. I hope to talk with the local HD rep this week about usage but wanted to poll the group and see what the real difference between the two are (outside of the water!) and if there was a general preference. Dry would save me a good deal of money due to drainage requirements. Any thoughts are appreciated!

Thanks! HD here requires tables to dump directly to a drain and I'm hoping this might be a work around to sawing up concrete to lay a drain.
