I bought the stoker for my Big Green Egg but have been using it on the FEC-120 just for the temperature logging and the smart phone apps/alarms.
I am learning allot and it sure is handy.

I put 2 butts on and set it at 160º it took 10 minutes to reach the temp (outside temp was 30º)
Let it go at 160 for 3 hours then set it to 234º.
