ron, smoked meats will stay good for many days. holding them all night warm, will do them more harm, than holding them cold for a week. have you tried to reheat in your pizza oven? may want to consider reheating to order(like i do), instead of holding. chill them immediately after smoking, and they will have a shelf life of nearly a week, chill the after holding hot all night, and the shelf life will be considerably less, and so will the quality.
good luck. maybe take left overs, pull meat off the bone, put on a dough with bbq sauce n cheese...peppers n onions... ribzza!
