Cooked a butterflied chicken on the ceramic cooker and did the ribs and pork leg on the fec-100......
There were tons of sides to go along with it but with all I had on the go I really didn`t get a chance to take a plate picture which I now regret....
Anyways, all was wonderful.
Thanks for looking.
Roger

Thanks very much, I appreciate that.
It was funny when I went camera shopping, the salesperson asked me what type of photos I planned on taking with it, he laughed out loud when I told him it was primarily to take pics of food and put them on internet forums... Big Grin
He thought that was weird.
I know I alway like when I see a new post on the boards where someone has put pics up.....it paints a picture where words may not be able to describe in detail.
Thanks.

Thanks very much gents.
Yeah they tasted good, the family loved them.
Tomorrow morning I have two 12ish pound briskets going on the cooker for the first time.
I`ll pop them on at around 6:00am or so.
Its not that imperative that they are ready at any certain time as its more of a test run and the people that are coming over are true meat eaters so they will like it whether its done perfect or not and I get to practice all the while. Mad
We are also going to do some more beef ribs if my wife can find them, she is out looking now.
I`ll post some pics and results tomorrow.
I`ll be following the techniques from SmokinOkies thread.
Thanks
Roger
