Price difference of $200 or so, what is the difference between these two smokers. I'm trying to decide between these two models but the information on the website appears to be the same. Someone had said Elite was all stainless on exterior but the description notes that is black on outside. Can someone from Cookshack or someone in the know on the website help me out here.
Also, any idea what Cookshack gives on trade in for a 50 or 55 (it's black exterior) or should I just put it up for sale locally?
Really like the new larger model with room for full racks of ribs.
