table stuff!

I am looking for a tray of some type to use in my restuarant to serve sampler platters or family platters on. I would like some a little different. I have seen one big restaurant use a stainless steel tray that looks like a garbage can lid, any ideas where I could find this or where I could look.

We are a Southern, Cajun & BBQ restaurant in NYC. We serve our BBQ platters on Abita Beer Crawfish trays - they are plastic and hold up well. We place a jumbo wax paper on the tray, then the meats, cornbread and sides in white ceramic souffle dishes (3 oz).
