I just wanted to say what has been said a million times on this forum...You can't beat CS or Fast Eddy. Ed came over to our restaurant and repaired our FEC 500 when it broke down on a busy weekend. He is always there with good BBQ advice and you get the impression that he really wants to see us make a go of it.

Now it helps that he lives close to the Restaurant, but all in all the FEC was our best investment, and we have now ordered the new charbroiler from CS.

I was working the NRA show in Chicago over the weekend and had a chance to stop by the Cookshack booth. Fast Eddie was there and gracious enough to stop and talk BBQ with me. I also had a chance to check out the new grills, pretty cool!
