I went from a cheap brinker, to a WSM, to a 2,000lb Klose offset to the Amerique I first used this week. I just can't believe how great this is. This is what I have wanted for a long time, but I did not know where to find it. Did my first Butt on the cookshack Thursday night, on the way home on Friday to retrieve Butt, I could not resist picking up some ribs which I just ate, they were amazing. Many thanks to the forum and cookshack. I spent today setting up part of my garage as a smoke shack. Very Cool. This is going to be a great journey. Friends coing tommorow for ribs. I will probably have questions. Thanks again ! Smoke On !
