I went from a cheap brinker, to a WSM, to a 2,000lb Klose offset to the Amerique I first used this week. I just can't believe how great this is. This is what I have wanted for a long time, but I did not know where to find it. Did my first Butt on the cookshack Thursday night, on the way home on Friday to retrieve Butt, I could not resist picking up some ribs which I just ate, they were amazing. Many thanks to the forum and cookshack. I spent today setting up part of my garage as a smoke shack. Very Cool. This is going to be a great journey. Friends coing tommorow for ribs. I will probably have questions. Thanks again ! Smoke On !

Welcome. Bought my AmeriQue in April and love it. Doing some beef ribs in the morning! Good luck to you and remember to keep the door shut! Let your AQ do the work for you. Once again, welcome!
