I finally got home from work and have opened up my new Cookshack (55). From what I can tell, it seems to be very well put together. Of course I had to take the obligatory picture for the archive, because after tomorrow it will never be that clean again!

Now I need to go buy a Pork Butt.

PS I wanted to thank Karen at Cookshack for putting up with and answering all of my questions. She is first class all the way.

Just got my 55 yesterday as well! Seasoned it for about 5 hours then slammed a rack of baby backs in there with my favorite simple seasoning of garlic salt and black pepper. Let them go for 4 1/2 hours at 225 and they came out killer!

I would also like to thank Karen for all of her help with my 55 purchase. Cookshack service is second to none!
