After reading Bama's rib update a few days ago I once again got the itch to do up some baby backs. They came out great, 3.5 hrs at 225, brushed twice with butter and pinapple, hit them with some home made sauce and had at em.
They were gone before the camera came into play, but I did get a shot of what I consider the true "acid" test for good ribs.
Not sure, but maybe more sauce next time
