It is highly advised not to put anything with any amount of structural strength on the top racks of your rotisserie FEC.

Here is why:
I threw a deep warmer pan in that fit within the rack with no overhang. No problem right? Wrong. Loaded the FEC with over $500 worth of meat stepped outside for a few minutes and walked in to a catastrophe. Although the pan fit on the rack it was a little too tall. The rack trailing it lifted it off and dropped it into the bottom of the smoker. It landed at a perfect angle, and as every rack came around it dumped every one of their content. I walk in to find a total loss, and Saturday being with no product to sell. If you think it could be close I highly recommend rolling a full pass with the door open before walking away. This is embarrassing, and frustrating. I just wanted to share, so that it doesn't happen to you.
