I was wondering what those of you with trailers (either catering/take-out or concession kitchens) would suggest. I've taken a look at a few fully equipped trailers and none of them really seem to fit what I think I'll need "just right". So I was wondering if it's better to look for a pre-built trailer or is it better for BBQ purposes to outfit your own as well as more cost efficient. Any thoughts?
