Trailer: Buy vs. Build...

I was wondering what those of you with trailers (either catering/take-out or concession kitchens) would suggest. I've taken a look at a few fully equipped trailers and none of them really seem to fit what I think I'll need "just right". So I was wondering if it's better to look for a pre-built trailer or is it better for BBQ purposes to outfit your own as well as more cost efficient. Any thoughts?

Depends on how much you want to have to do yourself and the additional costs.

Something to consider is "in between" Get the big stuff done how you want it and have them do that, then you do the finishing touches.

Really just comes down to $$$$ and how handy you are.
