Okay, went to the FE Open (otherwise known as Bentonville) and saw multiple FE's. Considering no one else competes with them in Oklahoma it was fun.

So Candy Sue and Matt (Smokin 101) both have ramps and jacks they mount roll their FE's out on.

C...O...O...L

So I've order the jack stands and now I'm looking for some sort of curtain material to put over the opening in the back.

Anyone know of some decent stuff and where to order it?

Thanks in advance.

russ,
try restaruant equippers on the net. sounds like you are looking for the split plastic curtains found in walk in coolers.
i have done business with them and they are good people. one other source that has been good is a member here and i would call him 1st. look up geiyersq and email him. i have done business with him (matter of fact he had me try the stamped f. dick blade over the forged f. dick i was replacing and i love him for it)
just a thought
hope it helps

The "curtain" you saw in the back of mine, Russ, is number 2 trial. I decided first time, that it was important to see the FE while I was in the trailer. Rigged a system with clear shower curtains and spring curtain rod. Decided I liked my privacy and the added insulation of the moving blanket. My coat hanger hooks are easy to move around and easy to take down if I want to. With the ramp down and the curtain up, I've been cool and comfortable at very hot contests. Did I mention it's cheap?
Hi Russ, this place
Canopy Kits
sells mesh tarps, they don't list the prices but they're cheap, you can call them or find a place near you that sells the same thing.

I've been working on my trailer, have a Xantrex sine wave inverter/charger, deep cycle battereis, sinks, water tanks, water heater, refrig, and other stuff in there. Once I get it looking better, I'll post some pictures.
I do not do the ramp thing like Candy Sue but have a trailer very similar to hers. What I have is a moving blanket from Harbor Freight that was less than $10. They sell two sizes, the large one was a perfect fit.I put grommets in one end and attached it to a steel cable that is across the door opening so I have a sliding type thing, it has worked great for three years so far.
