Hi,
I plan on taking my cookshack 050 to Montana in a couple of weeks. Just got the weather report. It is -35 degrees there, I get to try the greasicle function out the guys from Alaska talk about. should I wedge a 2x4 under the heating element to prevent vibration. Any other things I need to be careful of? I plan on taking the smoking racks, and rack holders out. I also plan on strapping the 050 to the side of the trailer in an upright position. Would it be better on its back?
I know a bunch of you guys travel around with them.
What do you do?
thanks!
Dave / Rhino
