Did a small bout 7lb turkey breast today took about 6 hrs at 225. I injected it with a stick of melted butter, 2 Tblsp olive oil, 1/4 cup white vinegar, along with seasoned salt and garlic powder.and let sit over night. Seasoned outside with the Cs chicken rub. Turned out really great and didn't last long. Probably would have been good with some flavor of hot sauce but the others don't go much for that, next time will need to make 2 of them.

Have never tried a brined bird but it is on my things to do.
