Can the FEC100 be used for a couple hours and then unplugged moved somewhere and plugged back in and continue smoking?
I'm going to try this but I thought I would ask first

Depends on how long.
A minute or two or more, probably not.

I tested my IQ4 controller when I first bought the FEC100.
Turned off the power to see how long it wouuld "hold memory".
30 seconds was the answer on mine.
Longer than that and I needed to start over on setting the times and temps and re-starting.
