Up and Running!!

Well, we are finally up and running...

Everything went well on opening day...Everyone loved the food and said they would be back with friends...

Again, to everyone, THANK YOU for all the help you have given...

One last thing: The FEC 500 is a GREAT piece of machinery...Anyone out there doubting it...Stop!!

Numbers are coming soon...We had our computers crash on us the day before we opened, so we are a little behind on the paperwork side of things...same for the web address--coming soon!!

Not trying to pry into your internal results,until you are comfortable.

How about some quick comments about your location,etc,and some of the products we can pass on to consumers.

Plus,we have a bunch of folks that might like to make a road trip,and pass on their thoughts.

Hey guys funny but we just christened our 500 today too Up in Minn in a 36 ft trailer all went well except the ribs were too salty/ My son chris did em just like he said you did at class in dec. used head country rub wondering if we just used too much ? any thoughts
