Well, we are finally up and running...

Everything went well on opening day...Everyone loved the food and said they would be back with friends...

Again, to everyone, THANK YOU for all the help you have given...

One last thing: The FEC 500 is a GREAT piece of machinery...Anyone out there doubting it...Stop!!
