What are you wanting to USDA, the post title says Kitchen? What are you wantings a USDA approval on a kitchen for? Unless you're wanting to be a commercial site making commercial sauces, food, etc, you'd probably more likely be governed by local health laws.

Email Stuart at Cookshack, he has lots of contact and potentially could point you the right direction.

Or check some of the other forums, like BBQSearch and one of those members might have gone through what you're wanting.

i dont want to sound wrong but maybe you should get with your local health department like smokin said. normally usda is for interstate commerce. heck most people don't know that if meat is only sold within the limits of a state than the usda has no authority over them. it is only when the products cross a border that the feds become involved.
hope this helped

I am interested in that some major places that i am wanting to sell Q products to only want to touch food that has been prepared in a USDA approved kitchen.

If I got the cert, I would not have to convince them that it is just as good without.

I will give Stuart a call to see what he has towards info.

Thanks
