Vegetarians

Being in the Seattle area we have to offer vegetarian food. What cracks me up is the folks asking for the vegetarian entree combine it with Pork, Chicken and Salmon. I've even had admins falling all over vegetarian managers to let they know vegetarian options are available, only to have the managers skip the herbs and go for the meat. Just wondering if the rest of you have similar stories.
