For what it's worth I just talked to the health department in Tulsa,ok and they told me that I do not need a vent hood for my fec100 in my food truck. I have done quite a bit of reaearch and i may want to install some sort of exhaust for when I open the door of the smoker. But apparently that will be a matter of choice.
If you have any experience with a smoker in a trailer/truck let me know.
