A New York style cheesecake on the FEPG. Settings were LHT10/HHT30, 'baked' at 450 for 15 minutes then turned down to 330 for 45 minutes. It did have just a slight smokey aftertaste that I noticed after the video stopped, but for sure not enough to keep me from eating it Big Grin
