I know there is a big difference in vinegar, as far as flavor and price.
What brand and type does anybody use for commercial cooking to make large batches?
I usually buy the cheap stuff in gallon plastic jugs for that.

Spendy but good. No windfall apples, all picked from their own orchard, etc.
