want a large cooking capacity

I am currently using Masterbuilt's electric 40in model and I really like the results. I am considering buying a Cookshack brand and would like one with a nice capacity.
I know there are similar posts about the Elite and AmeriQue models, but which one holds more?
Ive been told Fast Eddy's is a great choice, but I cannot afford it.

I generally use my smoker 3 or 4 times a month, sometimes more often when we do wings for a quick smokey supper.

A lot of information can be garnered from Cookshack's web site if you look under residential smokers. The number of shelves, the amount in weight the smoker will hold, the inside dimensions, etc. The prices for each are available as well. If you can narrow it down to a couple of selections, call Cookshack and they will be happy to advise you on the smoker that will suit your needs. You'll have to think about what you will be smoking mainly and for how many people on average. The bells and whistles are nice but it all depends on what fits your budget.
