Waucoma controller problems

Have had a few calls from Ryan at Waucoma. He is having temperature control problems on the FE. On the smoke setting the FE is running at 280-290. I have had this happen before, I just opened the door, turned off the controller and restarted. He has already changed out the controller and is using our backup. Hopefully the FE will settle down and he can get into some serious partying.
