Got my new FEC100 today and have it in place on the back patio. Foiled it, and kicked off the seasoning process at 12:00pm. Set at 200* for 6 hours. Thanks to everyone for helping me make my decision on the FEC and the Cookshack Team for getting to me on time and in great shape. Ahhh, the smell of burning hickory!
