Scenario: I will probably be smoking butts and brisk in my CS ovens overnight at my restaurant. What if the power to the restaurant shuts down temporarily, or surges when nobody is there? Will the ovens resume their programming or will everything have to be reset? Man that would be a drag if on stormy nights I had to camp out in front of the CS to make sure they stay running........no wait..on second thought...That would be Fun!!! There's beer there!!!
