What Type/Brand of Sausage do You Sell in Your Restaurant?

I sell Zenner brand sausages I use a bratworst and Louisiana red hot

I don't have a restaurant, but have tried lots of Texas brands in the last five years. I like the Chappell Hill brand for consistency and taste. I have seen others on the forum say they use it in their restaurants.
