I will be smoking three bone in turkey breasts; no one in my family likes dark meat. I dont do anything special, just salt, pepper, butter and garlic shoved up under the skin. 225 for 6 hours and let them rest before carving. I did this last year and everyone said it was the best yet.
to be honest i am smoking a turkey on my rusty trusty 29 buck bullet.
i love my fec
and i love peg's sm150
but for sheer enjoyment i am going back to my roots and tending a log burner all night long.
then for my after dinner nap i will try to find a taxicab (oops meant to say nascar) race. those put me to sleep fast!!! and it is 4 months to go before the real race season starts Frowner
