Hello everyone!
I am new to the forum, and new to the BBQ restaurant business but not restaurants as whole. I am located in Lake Charles La and my restaurant was heavily affected by the recent hurricane, restaurant was doing great. I have been using this down time to re-event the restaurant, the main problem I was having is the kingfisher cooker is incredibly labor intensive, however, the product is great. Up all night every night it is hard to find someone dedicated enough to pursue perfection I am looking for a new smoker that will turn out the same product but less labor any suggestions.
