People always ask why buy a cookshack product instead of a smokin tex or another knock off of the cs smokers.More times than not thet reference the customer service and the website.
At first i thought,well,customer service is nice to have but is it worth choosing cs over other brands? I think that some people will always be price driven and you will never convince them that its the little things that over time make a happy customer.I have only been a cs customer since 3/12/07 and have been posting since then.When i posted "im a believer"
after smoking my 1st pork butt i meant every word of praise on the finished product,the ease of use and the quick clean up of my cs 08.Little did i know that cs reads their custmer comments,they contacted me to ask my permission to reprint my post in the April BB news.When i ordered my 4 gallons of bbq sauce and dry bbq mix i also ordered a t shirt,unfortunatly it arrived in the wrong size,cs immediatly shipped me another no questions asked.I feel so comfortable dealing with cs that you could'nt give me someone elses smoker for free.YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!!!
