These are people I know. They owned a beautiful home and B&B worth a lot of $$$ on the Blanco River in Wimberly Tx.
Now their home is gone as well as the neighbors home (worth a lot of $$$)

No lives were lost although the brisket was DOA.

We are in a drought and a BURN BAN!

Had they been using a Cookshack Smoker like my 045 the houses would of been fine as well as the brisket.

Texans love their "BBQ Pits", but if you go to sleep on the couch at 3:00am with a wood fire in your "PIT" in an area that is in a "BURN BAN" with a strong wind, see what can happen !
