Lunch time I saw the butcher had spare ribs on sale for .99c a lbs. He was kind enough to skin them and now I have 4 racks cooking for me to get home to. That's not going to happen with an iron monster.

I eat more que now than ever before. Focus on the cookin is what I think PrisonChef said once upon a time.
