Hi, first, sorry for my English. I’m a Québécois (French Canadian). So, I would like to do my homemade blend wood pillets. I have a lot of kind of pillets. I find a kind of % blend for doing an all purpose blend. Someone can help me?

Welcome to the Forum! I do not use a pellet smoker, but use wood pellets regularly on my gas grill for flavoring wings, shrimp, and fish. The A-MAZ-N tube pellet smoker works well for this. I use a apple wood blend sold at Lowe's called Pit Boss. It is very good. If you have Lowe's where you are, I would recommend it.

The Bear Mountain pellets are also good. They have a bunch of different blends. I have been looking for their whiskey barrel oak but haven't found it locally yet.
