My FE100 arrived a few days ago, just in time to Q-up some briskets for the holiday weekend. Chomping at the bit - make that the point.
I have been looking all over town for some good packers, and didn't find any. Then it dawned on me to call a friend who owns a restaurant. A few minutes later his meat sales guy calls me and said he'd have some angus choice packers over tomorrow. Hopefully some good news to report in a few days!
